Israel is bringing forward the much-feared attack on Rafah, considered the last Hamas stronghold in southern Gaza, where it is believed hostages may be held and where over a million fleeing Palestinians are taking refuge. The Israeli army has amassed a massive amount of tanks and armored vehicles along the southern border with Gaza, at the Kerem Shalom crossing, near Rafah, according to journalists on site.
