Music, the new song by Francesco Taskayali titled “Dreamscape Unveiled” is available

It's released today on labels Arealive/Edizioni Sugarmusic/Believe (with the support of MiC and SIAE as part of the “Per Chi Crea” program) the new unreleased piece by the composer Francesco Taskayali. "Dreamscape Unveiled” is the first extract from the upcoming new album “Dreambox” by the Italian-Turkish pianist and composer known for his neo-classical sounds with dreamlike atmospheres full of pathos. The track is accompanied by the video clip directed by Alessandro De Palo & Giovanni Caloro and produced by Amarena Pictures.

The album will be presented exclusively at Napoli on January 21st with one live showcase at the 'Twentieth Century Auditorium. [free entry while seats last, starting at 21pm]

After the release of the albums and soundtracks “Emre” (2010), “LeVent” (2011), “Flying” (2014), “Wayfaring” (2017), “Homecoming” (2019), “Piano Waves” (2020) , “Nightlight” (2023), “Pandataria” (2023), as well as long tours in Italy and around the world; Taskayali returns with a new musical chapter full of charm waiting to be discovered.

The track "Dreamscape Unveiled” is the first visual landscape of a person who is sleeping, suddenly opening in the total darkness of the eyes. The song captures the beginning of an invasion of the unconscious in a disruptive way. The video clip associated with the single show the composer waking up on a terrace, finding himself in the sea together with his piano, in a surreal and absurd context which is, at the same time, a work of art.

The music of Taskayali acts as a sentinel of the unconscious, revealing worlds that escape ordinary vision. Through its exploration of the various states of sleep, the album aims to transport the listener on an exciting and out-of-the-ordinary journey.

Taskayali possesses an extraordinarily eclectic talent, capable of grafting modern and contemporary styles into classical scholarship. He is the son of a culture between the West and the Middle East. His Mediterranean soul and cosmopolitan heart has a life of travel, music and intimacy.
