Memorandum of understanding between the Province and the Italian Footballers' Association - "The child at the center - school interaction project"

On Wednesday 28 February 2024 at 11,00 am, in the Bottiglieri hall of Palazzo Sant'Agostino, a memorandum of understanding between the Province of Salerno and the Italian Footballers' Association for the implementation of the project "The child at the center - school interaction project" which provides for the strengthening of activities aimed at introducing children and young people to physical practice, during curricular time, at the school structures according to methods that will be detailed in the implementation documents.

On this occasion, the project is presented which the parties undertake to enhance with the aim of promoting awareness that sport can and must accompany the school curriculum for a balanced educational and training growth of boys/girls. The project also includes the involvement of ex-professional footballers in the development of related activities.

The president of the Province Franco Alfieri and the footballer Simone Perrotta for the Italian Footballers' Association signed the protocol. The provincial councilor delegated for social policies and equal opportunities Filomena Rosamilia is present.
